SUPER SERIES IIID
Astec Mobile Screens has combined the PEP Duo-Vibe® dual frequency screen with a triple deck horizontal screen onto one portable chassis for easy site to site movement. By removing the majority of fines first with the PEP Duo-Vibe, high production is achieved without sacrificing efficiency. This pre-screening process successfully eliminates the problem of overloading and blinding on the bottom deck of the horizontal screen.
The Super Series IIID can process up to five salable products. This unit offers three on-board side transfer conveyors for material transfer to stacking conveyors plus discharge fines conveyor that collects fines from both screens for discharge to rear of plant. Additional transfer conveyor for separate fine stockpiling from PEP Duo-Vibe can be configured with plant. Portable unit is configured with on-board electrical panel to include all starters for plant operation and off-board stacking conveyors. The Super Series IIID can also be configured for stationary applications.
