MOBILE SCREENING PLANTS  Our self-contained mobile screening plants include the Fold ‘n Go®, PSP, PDF, KDS and FT Series.  The Fold 'n Go Series of plants deliver quick set-up, field-proven reliability and low operating costs for the best return on investment.  If a mobile screening plant with the highest production in the market is what you are looking for – then the PSP or newly released PDF Series are the right solutions for you.  For more traditional screening operations, Astec Mobile Screens offers the KDS and FT Series of mobile screening equipment.

PORTABLE SCREENING PLANTS   Astec Mobile Screens provides you with a full line of heavy-duty portable screening solutions for in-line processing needs.  Portable units range from the popular PTSC Series to the Super Series III plant. Our portable equipment is designed for durability and site to site movement.  Units are available in a variety of configurations and allow for processing material separations from 3" to 30M in both the PEP line of high frequency screens and conventional harp-deck screens depending on model.

PEP HIGH FREQUENCY SCREENS   The PEP High Frequency Series includes the Vari-Vibe® and Duo-Vibe® high frequency screens. These screens range from 6' x 6' up to 6' x 24' in single, double and triple deck configurations depending on screen model.   Multiple configurations for PEP high frequency screens are available in stationary, portable or mobile screening solutions depending on application needs.  Our line of PEP High Frequency screens can be configured for stationary processing systems with either a Modular or traditional I-Beam structure design
